Description of service provided:
R.I.S.E. is ever evolving and changing. As we grow, so does the program. We have many groups and activities throughout the day that are facilitated by both staff and RISE members. The groups and activities are all focused toward recovery, and RISE members reaching their goals. Our mission statement, written by RISE members, is the following-“RISE is dedicated to partnering with people. We promote and encourage the overall wellness of each individual and assist them in reaching their full potential.”

Admission criteria:
RISE partners with adults 18 years and older, with a mental health diagnosis, who are interested in improving their life and working toward recovery. Please call for more details.
